hooray hooray the weekend is near.

So whatcha guys doing this weekend?  The number one thing I am looking forward to this weekend...  Sleeping in tomorrow.  But late last night (as we were discussing this happy prospect), Jimmy and I had to pinky promise each other we would not stay up until an insane hour, thinking ah well, we can totally sleep in tomorrow.  When you stay up until 1:30 and wake up at 8:00, the thrill from getting to sleep in, is not really there.

Aside from sleeping, we are also planning to:

1. BUILD A SNOW FORT.
(hopefully)

There is a small window where I am actually excited for snowstorms and it is rapidly coming to a  close...  The weather report keeps promising a snow storm, so we are keeping our fingers crossed, as we are quite anxious to break out those awesome snow brickers again.  I think we've really only had one snowstorm all winter.  And as you can see, these boys put it to good use.  I sure do love those little hooligans.

2. DO A LITTLE ART JOURNALING.

I was really excited to gush all about this to you guys this week, but everyday has been super cloudy and I am not advanced enough to know how to take good pictures on cloudy days.  And of course, I cannot talk about it without a little visual stimulation to go along.

3.  THINK ABOUT CRAFTY THINGS FOR VALENTINES.

I loooove this holiday and will be pinning a few ideas onto my holiday board.  I have heard some expressions of dislike over pinterest recently and all I have to say about that is...  ARE YOU PEOPLE CRAZY?!  I am a devout pinterester, and will hear none of that.

4.  MAKE A LIST of new places to check out at Las Vegas Market.  I think the last time I went was two years ago, so I'm excited to discover a few new things.  Including a fabulous new restaurant.  Any suggestions?

What's all the pinterest drama? Oh I'm so out of the loop first a presidential candidate debate, now a pinterest drama! Goodness me! Camera settings for a cloudy day... Cloudy white balence, high ISO and as wide of an aperture as you can get! You need to get a new lens with a super wide aperture...it will change your life and cloudy day photography blues.
